CARS Account Setup

If a non-UCB vendor would like to order services through TelCat, they need to set up a "CARS" account.

Background:

The acronym (CARS) represents (Campus Accounts Receivable System - CARS).

Around 2010 CARS migrated into BFS - Berkeley Financial System.  

CARS is officially known as (BFS:AR), which represents (Berkeley Financial System Accounts Receivable).
 
To Open an Account:
  1. Email the following to La Ronda Walker - lrw@berkeley.edu
  2. Company Name
  3. Address
  4. Contact Person's Name
  5. Contact Person's email address
  6. Telephone Number
  7. Fax Number
  8. Tax ID Number
