If you cannot access your Adobe Creative Suite applications any longer, it could be that you just need to re-authenticate to your account with an Enterprise ID. To do that, please follow the steps below.
1. On your computer, open Adobe Creative Cloud or go to https://adobe.com and sign in on the upper right hand corner.
2. Under Sign in, enter your bMail address
3. Next choose "Company or School Account" to and click on the arrow to continue.
4. At the next window, enter your Calnet username and passphrase.
5. You will have to go through the 2-Step authentication page.
6. After the 2-Step authentication Creative Cloud will load in a few seconds. You will then be able to open any apps that you had previously installed or install new ones.
