Yes, subscriptions created by the bIT Cloud Operations Group can connect to the campus network. Your device or service must be configured to use an IP address on the subnet provided with your subscription. The subnet details were included in the ServiceNow ticket response letting you know your subscription was ready. Feel free to contact us at cloud-ticket@berkeley.edu with the subscription name or ID if you need this information.
The subnet is not configured to connect back to the campus network by default. You can request a connection by sending an email to cloud-ticket@berkeley.edu. Please include the name of your subscription with your request.
