We only support UCB-purchased equipment on our PBX or Centrex lines. If you already have a UCB-supported phone, you must provide us with the model number (example: Avaya 9404 or Cortelco) to ensure your line is properly configured and billed. Any equipment purchase outside of UCB will not be serviced on a repair call from a campus technician.
