When connecting to any of the campus networks, your devices should be registered for the campus DHCP service. It is self-service & You may find instructions on how to register your devices through our Asset Registration Portal (called Socreg) here:

You will need your CalNet credentials to sign in.
In some rare instances, you may need the following information along with the local subnet information to configure a device. A device should never be manually configured without first contacting either the campus DNS Administrator, hostmaster@berkeley.edu, or your local IT support personnel.
