Cal Voicemail password reset

A knowledge base article about Cal Voicemail password reset provided by the UC Berkeley IT Service Hub - Knowledge Portal

The Security Code for the mailbox has been reset to a Temporary Security Code .

Due to heightened security on our Cal Voice mail system, IST has changed the process of resetting Security Codes and is no longer using the 7-digit telephone number as the default password for voice mail access.  The temporary code allows you access to your voice mail for 30 calendar days, after which it will expire if not used.  If you do not access voice mail within 30 days, please contact us for a new code. Please follow the steps below to change your Security Code from the temporary one you are provided.
