Box storage limit increases can be granted for up to 2 TB. Increases are granted incrementally based on your storage needs, we will not increase your storage limit up to 2 TB without significant reason to do so. Your storage usage in Box must comply with the Box SLA.
Box is not approved for storage of archival or backup content. If this is the reason for your request you will be referred to the Storage and Backup team.
To request a storage limit increase, just submit this form. A ticket is not required. You will receive a response in 1-5 business days.
