How do I change the names on my billing statement?
Change Name on Service in Telecom Service Catalog is used to update the names of voice services that appear on your IST Bill Statement. Choose between entering a person's name, your department name, or even a description. Like Change Funding on Service, when you submit your request, the changes are made immediately. You will be sent an e-mail confirmation with an order number. Also, use Change Name on Service to delete employee names who no longer work for your department and replace them with whomever helps you read your phone bills. Please note, names on calling cards and authorization codes cannot be changed.
