Use the Internal Attachments section for supporting document for internal use. The Internal Notes section is not visible to external entities such as suppliers.
Use the External Attachments section for documents that go to the supplier. Attachments in this section go to the supplier with the Purchase Order. Suppliers and other external entities can see items in the External Notes section.

Maximum size per file: 5.1 MB
Maximum size per document: 102 MB
