When you connect your Google account to your bCourses account (which is usually done when instructors use the Collaborations tool for sharing Google Docs, and/or so that students can upload files from their Google Drive), you must be logged in using your bConnected (@berkeley.edu) account.
If you are logged into Google with your personal account, then the connection to bCourses will not work.
To fix this, follow these steps:
- Remove your Google connection by (a) clicking on your profile icon in the top left, then (b) click on "Settings"
- Once there, you will see your approved integrations towards the bottom of the page. There will be a trash can icon located to the right of the Google Drive integration-- click it to delete this integration.
- To re-link using your @berkeley.edu account, go back go back to the course and approve the integration one more time.
