A valid bMail address (ends in @berkeley.edu) is required for the Avaya Workplace solution. We use the address currently in the LDAP records.
This is the email address you should use when you configure and login to your Avaya Workplace account.
If you do not have a bMail address you will need to go to bConnected to acquire a berkeley.edu email address.
