2) When an AT&T support staff is on the phone, they will verify the callers identity.
3) AT&T will then reach out to Gladys for confirmation that they can help the student. Gladys will give the ok, then AT&T will proceed to assist.
4) AT&T support is available for calls 24/7.
5) If the student has an AT&T cellular phone they can dial 611 to reach the support staff. When answered, ask for Advanced Technical Support.
