- Human Resources - New question is added to the Postdoctoral Scholar Request form to determine if the Hire workflow needs to be triggered.
- Service Catalog - New ITCS End User Device Support service requests have been added to the IT Service Catalog.
- Service Catalog - EUDS service requests, “Install printer to computer” form, if the box for "This is a work from home..." is checked, a specific notification is sent with the link for EUDS "Remote" calendar vs the "Onsite" calendar.
- Incident - OneIT Survey has been configured for groups: BearBuy Supply Chain Solutions, BearBuy Supplier Diversity.
Fixes
- Platform - The word “problem” was not included in searches for knowledge base articles.. This has been fixed.
