This additional email is a result of the ServiceNow Helsinki upgrade in January, 2017.
When a Department Approver rejects a request for approval of a RITM, the 'Opened By' person and selected contacts are notified by email from ServiceNow that action has been taken. The subject line will include 'Your Telecom Order RITM00XXXXX is now complete'.
