Eligibility

Access

Regain access to a disabled account

Eligible account holders may regain access to their account, if they meet the requirements and the request is made within 12 months (365 days) of being disabled. 


If the account has been disabled for longer than 12 months (365 days), the account and all of its contents will be deleted, and regaining access is not possible.

Alumni whose accounts have not yet been deleted

First complete the CalNet Alumni Access Request Form if your CalNet ID has lapsed.


If you have an active CalNet ID, submit a support ticket

Regain access to a deleted account

Alumni who have never had accounts or whose accounts have been deleted are not able to gain access to email. 

 

We are not able to create new email accounts.

Cancel your account

Account holders may request to cancel their service. This action is irreversible.

Submit the Alumni Email Service Cancellation Form.
