Following a Perceptive Content upgrade, users must clear their browser cache to ensure the system functions correctly.

If you encounter the error: "Unable to get connection token from Integration server," please perform the following steps:
1. Clear your browser cache.
or
2. Try accessing the document in an Incognito/Private window.
