The Asset Library can display whiteboards from a number of third party tools. Since they are included in our Google for Education accounts, we recommend use of the Google Jamboard and Google Slides platforms. Students can freely access these tools without limitation.

 

Google Jamboards

How to add collaborators:

  1. Click the “Share” button
  2. Type or paste the names or email addresses of your classmates and grant them the “editor” role

How to add to Asset Library:

  1. From your board, click the “Share” button
  2. Change the visibility to “anyone with the link”
  3. Copy the link
  4. Paste the link into the “Add URL” option in the Asset Library

Google Slides

How to add to Asset Library:

  1. Open the “File” menu > “Publish to the web”
  2. Click the yellow "Publish" button
  3. Copy the published link
  4. Paste the link into the “Add URL” option in the Asset Library
