Do the following to add a picture to your Service Now Profile. Please note that you will need to have the picture that you want to use saved somewhere on your computer.
- Go to the "Filter navigator" on the upper left hand side and type "live feed", then press Enter.
- Next, click on the "Live Feed" link that comes up.
- On the right hand side click on your name and a profile area will open up where your name shows up bigger and there will be an "About Me" link under.
If you run your mouse over the current default profile picture with your initials (#2 in screenshot below) you will see the option "Upload a picture" (#3).
To add your picture, click on the"Upload a picture" link and navigate to the folder where you have saved your picture, select it and click "Open". - You will see the picture you selected right away, but you will need to log out and log back in in order for the changes to take effect and for you and others to see your new picture on your profile.
