ACTION REQUIRED: Your Zoom Add-On License(s) Will Renew Soon

Hello Zoom users,

 

It’s time for the annual renewal of Zoom add-on licenses (Webinars, Large Meetings, Zoom Rooms, and Room Connectors).

 

🔹 No action required if you want to keep your current license(s). They will renew automatically for the 2025–2026 term.

🔹 To cancel (remove): Submit a request using the Disconnect an Existing Voice Service (Delete) form in the Telecom Catalog by October 15, 2025.

🔹 To upgrade or downgrade: Submit a request using the Change an Existing Voice Service form.

 

🔹To add: Complete the Add New Zoom Conferencing Service form.

 

 

📌 Important: Once the renewal order is placed, licenses cannot be changed until the next cycle. See the Zoom Service Description & Pricing Information page for details and 2025–2026 pricing.

 

👉 Please note: Only your department’s Access Rights Administrator (ARA) / Authorized Signature to the Telecom Catalog can finalize requests to upgrade, downgrade, or delete Zoom add-on licenses.
