This error can occur for multiple reasons. Review the options below and take the appropriate action.
- Reason (Most Common): When Authenticating to Citrix both a domain and username are entered in the User name field (azul\.calnetid).
Solution: Only enter your PRIV account in this field (.calnetid)
- Reason: Your PRIV account has not been added as a alias to your DUO account.
Solution: Submit a ticket to the Windows Team that you are getting the error "Access is not allowed because you are not enrolled in Duo." When using Citrix to request MIMPAM Role, and provide the data that you are entering in the Citrix User name field.
