The ServiceNow 9.11.0 release is planned for Tuesday, July 14, 2020, from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m.
New
- Incident Management - We have built and integrated a new API that forwards time-sensitive incidents to the (x)Matters escalation service. All assignment groups currently utilizing the old (x)Matters plug-in will soon be scheduled to transition from the old plug-in to the new API.
