Overview
The ServiceNow 9.1.0 release is planned for Tuesday, February 25th, 2020, from 8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Changes
- Incident Management - Subject Line for OneIT First Response SLAs has been updated to include SLA type, priority and short description. This should be sortable.
- Change Requests - To ensure that only fully vetted changes are forwarded to the CAB, multiple fields were made mandatory before CAB approval could be requested. In addition, a new field was added to the forms called Communication Plan. These modifications impact all three change request types. See a knowledge article KB0011591 describing these changes.
Fixes
- Service Catalog - Job records without a Supervisor were not displayed in the CalAnswers request forms. This has been fixed.
