The "Yes, this is my device" feature works by setting a cookie in your web browser. That means the feature only works on the exact computer and browser in which you checked the box -- select "Yes, trust browser" on any browsers and on all computers that you use. Do not select "Yes, trust browser" on a shared computer.

If you still have trouble, your web browser may be blocking cookies. Check your browser settings to see if it's blocking cookies or add exceptions for 2-Step.

Use the following formats to add exceptions for Duo-served cookies:

Safari does not allow third-party exceptions.
