The ServiceNow 11.3.0 release is planned for Tuesday, March 29, 2022, from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m.

- Platform - Groups within ServiceNow have been updated to accommodate rebranding from IST to bIT
Updates
- Human Resources - When HR requests are closed, HR Agent is not able to create Sibling Tasks on Task records.
- Human Resources - Hire workflow on Staff Recruitment cases have been updated.
- Human Resources - Send/ Receive email is enabled in the Activity Log on Task records.
Fixes
- Platform - Location on user profile is non editable for ITIL users. This has been fixed and the field is now editable by all ITIL users.
