The ServiceNow 10.2.0 release is planned for Tuesday, January 12, 2021, from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m.
New
- Platform - A new Dashboard link has been added under the Self-Service application menu for easy access to your saved Dashboards.
- Incident Management - A new field has been added to the Incident form to link a Problem to the incident.
