Overview

The ServiceNow 10.0.0 release is planned for Saturday, November 7, 2020, starting at 9 a.m. ServiceNow will be upgraded from the New York platform to the ServiceNow Paris platform.

Changes to note in Paris:

Platform - Across the platform we noticed an issue with pictures on Service Request forms. Pictures have been removed from Service Request forms. Images remain in the Service Catalog itself.
