1. To replace an order, please go to http://telcat.berkeley.edu/
2. Select the blue tab labeled Go to the Telecom Catalog.
3. You will be required to log in with your Calnet ID and passphrase.
4. Look on the left navigation bar for Service Catalog and click on it.
5. Look for the available choices: Add Voice Services, Manage Existing Services, May We Help You? or Add Cellular Devices and Services. Once you decide on a selection, proceed from there.
