This feature is recommended if you are going on vacation or will be away from your desk for an extended period of time. It prevents your phone from ringing for long periods of time so as not to disturb others in the nearby area. Using this feature automatically sends all callers directly into your voice mailbox.
To activate this feature on your digital line use the navigation arrow key to turn to the next page of your phone to find the send all calls button, select the corresponding button next to the feature to activate it.
For analog lines pick up your handset and dial *3 to activate and #3 to de-activate this feature.
