How do I change the names on my billing statement if I have CARS accounts?
If your organization has a CARS account, there are a couple steps you should take to use Telecom Catalog successfully. Contact your sponsoring organization to submit a voice request on your behalf. Your sponsoring organization will take the appropriate steps to access the Telecom Catalog.
The second step is to send e-mail to istbill@berkeley.edu to request account changes, this includes add, move or discontinue service and billing. Please remember, IST must be told in writing directly from your sponsoring organization to disconnect any services before you leave campus.
You will continue receiving your ProForma bill that lists voice products and totals from Billing and Payments Services. Detail records are not available.
