Browser Compatibility for 2-Step

If you are using a smartphone, tablet, or a YubiKey as an HOTP token, you can complete the 2-Step process using any modern web browser.

If you are using a YubiKey as a U2F token, Google Chrome and Firefox are the only compatible browsers.

Troubleshooting: If you are unable to use 2-Step on a particular browser, please check the following:

Ensure AdBlock or similar content-blocking extensions are disabled for authentication pages.
Check for browser-level content restrictions or "child locks" that may prevent pop-ups or scripts from running.
