Submit your request to one of the email addresses listed below. Be sure to include the name of the server as it appears in vSphere or the hostname and what you want changed (decommission, changing support level, more storage, etc.).
Managed
Windows - win-ticket@berkeley.edu
Unix - unix-tickets@berkeley.edu
Self-managed
Cloud - cloud-ticket@berkeley.edu
Please note that a managed server cannot be converted to a self-managed server and vice versa.
