To reset your CalNet passphrase, use the self-service reset passphrase tool at mycalnet.berkeley.edu or directly via this link.
Note: You can only use CalNet Account Manager if you have a recovery email address attached to your CalNet account.
If you cannot use the self-service tool, email your full name and student or employee ID number to calnet@berkeley.edu for help.
