If you need the payment terms on a voucher changed to Net 0 (to rush a singular order or to communicate a change in vendor terms), several options are available.

Process to change payment terms on a voucher to Net 0:

To change the general payment terms of a vendor, submit a request to Vendoring for processing.
- E-mail Vendoring directly at ven_bsvm@berkeley.edu or see the Vendoring Website for more information.
To rush a single PO, communicate the request to the Buyer (they can change the payment terms on a PO that default from the vendor record in BFS).
- To communicate with the Buyer, select Buyer Intervention and enter a relevant comment.
- The BearBuy Help Desk may also assist with this procedure.
To rush a Payment Request Form (non-PO), enter your request to change payment terms into the Internal payment notes field.
- The Central Disbursements processor will then change the payment terms of the voucher.
