The ServiceNow 10.16.1 release is planned for Tuesday, October 26, 2021, from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m.
Updates
- Human Resources - The following sections Esignature, Special Handling notes, HR Profile, HR Admin, HR Dashboards & Reports, Surveys, Managed Documents are exposed to the HR Agent on the fulfillment view. This has been fixed.
- Human Resources - Classification sub-category field value on the fulfillment view displayed with lower case “c”. This has been fixed.
- Human Resources - Tasks that are part of a Hire were putting their updates in the Additional Comments fields instead of the “HR Task Details” field.
- Human Resources - The following fields on the fulfillment view on the recruitment case were missing fields: Job Description link, Position remote work eligibility %, Position Number Other. This has been fixed.
