1. To delete your temporary internet files in Internet Explorer: Select the Tools menu (Gear icon) from the menu bar and then select "Internet Options".
2. On the General tab in the Browsing History section click "Delete...".
3. Uncheck the box "Preserve Favorites website data", this will ensure that ALL cookies and temporary Internet files are deleted, then click the Delete button.
