To view the status of existing cables installed in your location, go to the 'Cables' lookup page on the left-navigation. The page can display cables already in use (connected) as well as those unconnected (and available for use). See KBT0012570 for instructions on how to view cables.

What is provided with each new data connection:

Cost: If station cabling is needed, there will be a one-time charge to install the data jack.  The station cable (aka 'premise wiring') runs between the telecommunications wiring closet and the wall jack.  There are no other costs for this service.
