Here are two voice solutions to help you while you’re working remotely.
With both of these options, you can forward your campus phone number to another number, like your home phone or cell phone. In both options, the number to which the calls are forwarded remains private and is not seen by the caller.
- Call Forward: This option will immediately forward all calls on the first ring to the number of your choice. Read more about this option and how to request it here.
- Follow Me: This option will ring at your campus telephone first. When the call rolls over to voicemail, your callers will hear the option to reach you live, at a number of your choice, or they can leave a voicemail message in your Cal Voicemail. This option allows you to set a schedule for specific hours (like during business hours) and activate the Follow Me service. Read more about this option and how to request it here.
