When are SLA time calculations updated?
SLAs update periodically depending on when they breach:
- SLAs that are within 30 days of breaching are updated daily at 5am
- SLAs that are within 1 day of breach are updated every hour
- SLAs that are within 1 hour of breach are updated every 10 minutes
- SLAs that are within 10 minutes of breach are updated every minute
- SLAs are updated when they breach (within a few seconds)
- SLAs that are breached, but less than 30 days past breach, are updated every day at 5am
- SLAs that are have breached more than 30 days ago are updated every 5 days at 5am
