How to Add an Email Signature in iOS (iPhone/iPad)
You can customize your email signature on your iOS devices through Settings or via the gMail Mobile App.
Before you begin
To Add a Signature through Account Settings:
1. Go to Settings>Mail, Contacts, Calendar. Scroll to Signature
.
2. If you have more than one email account configured you will see a number in the signature section, and can create a unique signature for each of your accounts.
3. Delete the default "Sent from..." text and type or paste your signature into the window. There is no save button, simply navigate back out of settings by clicking the arrow in the upper left hand corner.
How to Add a Signature in the iOS gMail App:
1. Open the gMail App.
2. Click on Menu from the Inbox.
Click the gear icon to select settings.
3. Toggle the Mobile Signature switch to ON.
4. Type or paste your signature in the field and click Save.
