Hosting a Personal Audio Conference Meeting
Your 10-digit Personal Audio Conference (PAC) meeting IDs are static and can be shared with participants at any time. Please see Getting Started with Personal Audio Conference for prerequisites, notes, and information on enabling PAC on your account.
Inviting Participants
Your PAC meeting IDs can be found on your Profile page, as well as links to view auto-created invitation text to send to participants. The PSTN phone numbers provided in the invitation can be selected from the list of available PSTN numbers.
1.Select the Edit link next to the PAC meeting
2.Select the checkbox next to the numbers you wish to be included in the invitation
3.Save
Select the Copy Info as Invitation link to view the auto-created invitation text. Once copied, you can paste in to an e-mail or calendar event using the application of your choice.
