By default, Course Capture recordings are only made available to the instructors and admin proxies entered into SIS Campus Solutions. Instructors have the option to adjust their Course Capture settings to add or remove Course Capture collaborators. Course Capture collaborators will have access to edit and publish recordings but will not have access to make changes to the course's Course Capture setting.
