Avaya Workplace Email Login Verification
Description: The following instructions are for users who are not able to login to Avaya IX Workplace application after entering their username & password in the Berkeley CalNet Authentication Service.
- Open the Campus Directory webpage https://www.berkeley.edu/directory via a web browser

- Click on Update your listing, then click on Authenticate

- On the Campus Directory Update screen make sure your official email matches the email you are using for Avaya IX Workplace. If it does not click on Edit Person Information.
- NOTE: the official email does not impact what you have published on the Campus Directory. If you want to display information on the Campus Directory that is visible to the public make sure to use the Address Information Field
