How are Payment Request forms vouchered in BearBuy?

Payment Requests follow the normal work flow / vouchering process in BearBuy, but do include a few quirks and have associated best practices that will enable their smooth processing.

Best practices for using the Payment Request form: 

• When creating Payment Requests, each form should have a unique invoice number. 
• If an invoice from a vendor is available, this form isn't required as it is generally for payments where there is no vendor invoice 
  • Such as honoraria, memberships, reimbursements, etc. 
• Payment requests do not need to be cancelled if an invoice is available, but the vendor invoice can be submitted to Disbursements for processing & payment. 
• A PO created via this form can contain lines with different chartstrings/funding sources if necessary.
