Overview
The ServiceNow 9.14.0 release is planned for Tuesday, August 25, 2020, from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m.
Updates
- Platform - LDAP attributes have been deprecated and references to those attributes have been removed from ServiceNow. This does not affect any information currently in the platform. Information on users will continue to update as before.
- Platform - Improvements for validation of chartstrings in platform to conform with the updates to the COA API.
- ITSM - implement updates to CalNet service requests.
