Per Kathleen Valerio, the UC Learning Center just shows the content and training materials that are supplied by EH&S. If there are any issues with materials not showing up/performance issues with browsers, etc. that should be sent on to:

Let the client know that's what you will be doing in the ticket. Write the client and ehstrain via the ticket, and close it. She confirmed with ehstrain that this is the procedure to follow.
