Users must be given access to the SPA in order to sign in to the affiliated bMail account. See How to Delegate Access to your SPA bMail Account for step-by-step instructions. Alternatively, you can add a user as a direct member to the SPA.
Users with delegated access can access the SPA bMail account by logging in to their own bMail account, clicking on the round Account link (this often contains a user's picture), and selecting the SPA from the drop-down menu below.
Direct members can log into the SPA bMail account following these instructions: Log in to the SPA as a Direct Member.
