A service overview and catalog of UX Assessment provided by the UC Berkeley IT Service Hub.
The UX Program can provide UX Assessment for new or existing UC Berkeley projects. As a baseline for improving usability, a UX Assessment defines which broad usability issues are present, and how they might be addressed. Some strategizing and tradeoffs can be examined in light of factors such as resource levels, timeline, and technical constraints. A UX Assessment can address areas such as navigation, form completion, workflows, visual design, information architecture, and accessibility (fonts, color contrast, etc.).
A standalone UX Assessment may not be needed if other service offerings such as UX Training or UX Expertise are used.
Teams seeking a UX Assessment can start on the Partner With Us page.
