Place your order via the Add New Cellular Device and Plan Form
Once your department approver signs off, processing typically takes 7-10 business days
Choose between delivery or pickup
- Pickup available at Evans Hall B2 during pickup hours (Monday/Wednesday/Friday, 9AM-12PM).
- Please bring your RITM / Order#

Service Details

Eligibility	This service is available to Faculty and Staff
Contact	Technical Support: For troubleshooting or reporting a service interruption, please contact IT Support. Request the Service: To request new access or modifications to this service, please submit via the Cellular Services and Equipment Request Form.
Availability	Available 24/7. Support is provided Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PT, excluding University holidays and curtailment periods.
Cost	Costs for respective cellular plans and devices are: AT&T Cellular Plans and Device Pricing Verizon Cellular Plans and Device Pricing
