Eligibility

This service is available to Faculty, Staff, Students and certain Affiliates.  View your Software and Services Eligibility.

Availability

Available 24/7. Support is provided Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PT, excluding University holidays and curtailment periods.

Cost

No Direct Cost: Individual licenses are provided at no cost to most Faculty, Staff, and Students.

Funding Consortium: This service is centrally funded by the School of Social Welfare, Berkeley Library, Psychology, Berkeley Law, UCB Population Center, and the Haas School of Business.

Departmental Exception: The Psychology Department internally bills back their faculty, staff, and students working as staff. If you are in Psychology, please consult your department administrator.

Data Classification

This service is rated for Protection Level P1, Availability Level A1, and Recovery Level R1 data.

Compliance: Users are responsible for ensuring data handled within this service complies with the Data and IT Resource Classification Standards.
