Available 24/7. Support is provided Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PT, excluding University holidays and curtailment periods.

Cost

Costs are determined by College/License and range between $100-$200 per machine. Please email software@berkeley.edu for pricing.

Data Classification

This service is rated for Protection Level P1, Availability Level A1, and Recovery Level R1 data.
